    Sandy Troxell
    was born and raised on a small farm in South Georgia where she learned to drive a tractor before she did a car. However, after living in southern California for over 30 years, she feels like this is home. Her kids, a son and a daughter, attended the local public schools and graduated from California State University @ Northridge and still live locally with their families.

    Craig Volding is a true Californian-something you don’t hear of very often- having been born in the San Fernando Valley his family then moving to Valencia when he was in high school. Craig has 4 brothers and sisters which means a very big family when everyone is together with spouses and kids.

    Professionally Sandy & Craig have spent the last 29+ years helping people buy and sell their homes. You learn how to help clients avoid common mistakes when you have helped so many get through the moving process.

    When not assisting clients with the their real estate needs, Sandy & Craig’s passions include golf, travel, and of course spending time with their grandkids, nieces and nephews.
